Payment

We provide an upfront price estimate before beginning any work. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection actions.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a repair or installation we performed fails due to our workmanship within 30 days, we will return to correct it at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover failures caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work.

Limitation of Liability

Smoke Test Co's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions not caused by our work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
